1. General

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the rate plan, season, length of stay, and how far in advance you cancel. Peak dates and special events may have stricter rules.

2. Cancellation by guest

Edit the time windows and percentages above to match your commercial policy and what you communicate at booking.

3. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may attract rate differences or an administrative fee. Contact us as early as possible.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days) after approval, depending on banks and payment gateways.

5. Force majeure

Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, park closures, etc.) may affect stays. We will work with guests in good faith; remedies may include rescheduling or credit, as circumstances allow and as required by law.

6. Early departure

Guests who check out early may be charged for the full originally booked period unless otherwise agreed in advance.

7. Third-party bookings

If you booked through an online travel agent or platform, cancellation and refunds are often governed by that platform’s rules. Please cancel through them or contact us for coordination.
